How to do it:

  1. Stand or sit against a wall with your arms by your side.
  2. Bring your shoulders back and down.
  3. Push the back of your arms against the wall – squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Hold it for a while and then release the pressure. Repeat 5-10 times.
