Shoulder retraction
Like neck retraction, retraction of the shoulder joint also helps reduce neck pain and improve flexibility.
How to do it:
- Stand or sit against a wall with your arms by your side.
- Bring your shoulders back and down.
- Push the back of your arms against the wall – squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Hold it for a while and then release the pressure. Repeat 5-10 times.
