Avoid Strenuous Exercise:

When the temperature is higher, try to avoid doing strenuous exercises as the bodies will warm up. The more you move, the more the body produces sweat, thus causing more heat rash chances. Try to stay in air-conditioned rooms, and if your air conditioner is not working, go to your friend’s place or somewhere else to avoid sweat production. The higher temperatures in the summer weather increase the amount of humidity in the air too, which further increases the chances of developing heat rashes in the people. Try to keep the blades and shutters of the fans as clean as possible. Try to avoid the intense workouts in the summertime to keep yourself safe from heat rashes.
