Move Slowly:

Try to avoid exercising in hot and humid weather because it can lead to more production of sweat. Avoid situations that might lead to excessive sweating and stop going out for a few days just to stay cool. Try not to think about doing any kind of strenuous exercise when the room temperature is already higher because it will make you more prone to get heat rashes.
