Heat Rash (Overview, Symptoms, Types , Causes ,Diagnosis, Home Remedies , Treatment and Prevention)

Try To Stay Indoors:

The exposure to sunlight and hot weather can also trigger the symptoms of heat rash no matter how short is the duration of the exposure. Stay indoors and try to sit under air-circulating fans to keep your skin dry and cool almost all the time. The more you try to avoid going outdoors, the more you are distant from the heat rash.

Wear light-colored clothing:

The dark colors absorb more amount of heat, which leads to more sweat production, so try to dress in lighter colored clothes to avoid the triggering of heat rash symptoms.
