Hyperkalemia (High Blood Potassium) (Overview , Symptoms , Causes , Risk Factors , Complications , Home Remedies Via Foods, Treatment and Prevention)

Difficulty In Breathing:

As we know that potassium levels in blood higher than their normal levels adversely affect the muscle functioning of our heart, and this increase then ultimately results in improper breathing. The heart muscles due to the improper muscle functioning are not able to pump blood efficiently and supply oxygen all over the body through blood, so there is a symptom of difficulty in breathing. A person having hyperkalemia suffers from shortness of breath, which lasts for short periods but is a health risk for the patient. In most severe cases of hyperkalemia, in which the heart is not able to supply the required oxygen to the body, then the shortness of breath occurs more frequently.
