Liver disease

People having obesity might form a liver disease for well-known nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) or fatty liver disease. This might lead to excessive fat formation in the liver. Excessive fat might cause liver damage or growth of scaring tissues that is known as cirrhosis. The fatty liver disease mostly has no symptoms but it might lead to liver failure in the end. The only choice is to manage or reverse the disease is to exercise, lose weight and try to quit drinking alcohol.
