Grains are a staple food in most Asian countries. When we do not eat grains every single day, either in their organic farm or in the flour forms. Grains give huge benefits when eaten in their whole form. Refined flours or refined grain, are quite dangerous and will increase body weight. This is because refined flours are made up of simple carbohydrates. Whole grain flour is so much beneficial since it consists of a huge amount of fiber with carbohydrates. This fiber helps in the stimulation of the bowel system and proper digestion. In the case of rice, try to eat brown rice, in comparison to white, plain, type for a similar reason.
