Heavy menstruation
There is heavy menstruation in many endometriosis cases as the scarring of endometrial cells or tissues leads to excessive bleeding during the periods. The tissues lining the uterus wall start growing outwards and traps inside the pelvic cavity, which leads to heavy menstruation. However, the symptom of heavy menstruation is not common with every woman suffering from endometriosis, so that the heavy bleeding might be due to some other reasons.
