Fatigue

Apart from the simple feeling of being tired after a physically demanding task, fatigue that is particularly untraceable to any exhausting activity, physically limiting and debilitating is a common complaint in cancer patients. Research claims fatigue to be a symptom in 80% of patients of brain tumor, typically associated with malignant type. It commonly occurs with other symptoms of lost appetite, depressed state of mind, chronic pain, poor nutrition. This link with other symptoms, therefore, makes fatigue a symptom difficult to be traced directly to the cancer or an associated effect of other symptoms.
