A biopsy is a test in which cells from the tissue under suspicion of cancer, are extracted by the doctor for identification, cause and measuring the extent of the malformation. If the tests are not normal, the doctors might suggest you to get a biopsy. It is an invasive process which can identify whether the tumor is benign or malignant. An incision is made in the skull and a sample is removed for proper identification of brain tumor.
