Weakness in limbs

The characteristic feature of myasthenia gravis is the weakness in arms, legs, and neck which causes the voluntary movements quite difficult to happen. A majority of the myasthenia gravis patients experience muscular weakness in their limbs more frequently after heavy exertion, illness, or after exercise. However, extreme loss of motor control or fatigue can be the cause of neurological disorders but increased physical activities can also flare-up the condition of myasthenia gravis. Myasthenia gravis causes episodes of muscular weakness in the limbs after doing physical activity for a period of time and improves after resting for some time. Moreover, the weakness of limbs can also limit the movements of the patients as they start fearing the extreme episodes of pain they experience after a period of activity.
