Warm Pad

Sometimes applying warm cloth or pad on the affected area also helps to provide relief from the pain. The heat helps in the widening of blood vessels and improves healing time. Apply the pad after every 2 to 3 hours to provide relief. Other than a hot pad, you can also dip your hand in hot water for a short period, and you will feel relief from the pain. Repeat this procedure a few times a day. Heat treatment will be highly effective if the finger has lost sensation or if any nerve is stressed.
