Finger and Hand Openers

  • Massage your palm lightly at the base of affected finger with your other hand.
  • Make a fist by bringing all the fingers together.
  • Open and close fist for half a minute.
  • Continue the movement of opening the closing the first for 2 minutes
  • Repeat this exercise 3 times a day.
