Passive Wrist Stretch
Passive wrist stretch is also an effective technique for relaxing the muscles of the hand.
- Place the palm together in front of the chest just below the chin.
- Now slowly move down your palm towards the lower side to the waistline, until you start to feel a little stretch in waist and fingers.
- Hold the position for a few seconds.
- Now keeping the same position of hands move the hands back to the starting position.
- Repeat the procedure three times a day.
