Passive Wrist Stretch 

Passive wrist stretch is also an effective technique for relaxing the muscles of the hand.

  • Place the palm together in front of the chest just below the chin.
  • Now slowly move down your palm towards the lower side to the waistline, until you start to feel a little stretch in waist and fingers.
  • Hold the position for a few seconds.
  • Now keeping the same position of hands move the hands back to the starting position.
  • Repeat the procedure three times a day.
