Tendon Gliding
In this exercise, you have to spread your fingers wide.
- Bend your finger and touch the fingertips of fingers with your thumb just like you are counting something on the finger.
- Straighten up the finger and again spread them wise.
- Then bend them again and this time touch the middle of your palm with the fingers.
- Now open the finger again and bend them to touch the bottom of the palm.
- Repeat these three steps of touching fingertips with the thumb, touching the middle of the palm with fingertips and touching.
- Repeat these sets three times a day.
