Finger Abduction

In this exercise, a “V” shape is created by moving the fingers.

  • Put your affected finger away from the normal finger so that a “V” shape is created.
  • Press the two fingers close to each other using your thumb and finger of the opposite hand.
  • Repeat this process four times a day.
