Rubber Band Stretch

To do this exercise put an elastic band all-around your fingers

  • Stretch the elastic by moving your fingers away from your thumb, so the elastic becomes tight.
  • A slight tension of the elastic will be felt, now bend the fingers back towards the palm.
  • Continue the process of bending and straightening up of the fingers and maintain the tension of the elastic.
  • Repeat this process three times a day.
