Object Pickups

This exercise is quite helpful in the repositioning of the affected finger.

  • Put small objects such clips or buttons on a solid surface
  • Pick the objects using your affected finger and thumb.
  • Then place these objects on another side
  • Repeat this picking and placing process at least for five minutes.
  • Repeat the whole process 3 to 4 times a day.
