Circle by Hand Exercise

  • In this exercise, you have to make an “O” shape using your affected finger and the thumb.
  • Make a circular “O” type shape with finger and thumb, hold it for a few seconds
  • Straighten your finger and again bring back the “O” position.
  • Repeat this process ten times.
  • Do this exercise 3 times a day.
