Turmeric-crusted potato wedges
It is a simple snack which hits right on the spot for someone who likes crispy potatoes. The scrumptious mustard seeds and turmeric sauce form a fine crust on potato wedges as you roast them.
Ingredients
Following is the checklist for the ingredients you need:
- 4 pounds potatoes, unpeeled
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
Method
- Combine potatoes, salt, turmeric, pepper, and dry mustard to coat the potato wedges well.
- Spread the wedges on the baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes by stirring after 15 minutes.
- Stir in coriander and mustard seed and roast for10 more minutes until the potatoes are tender.
