Ingredients

  • ½ Cup water
  • 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cups watermelon pieces, seeded
  • 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped, peeled fresh turmeric or 1 teaspoon ground
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin coconut oil
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • Ground pepper

Method

  • Combine water, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, honey, coconut oil, pepper, and watermelon in a blender. Process until a smooth puree develops and serve chilled.
