Turmeric and watermelon smoothie

Ingredients
- ½ Cup water
- 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cups watermelon pieces, seeded
- 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped, peeled fresh turmeric or 1 teaspoon ground
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin coconut oil
- 4 teaspoons honey
- Ground pepper
Method
- Combine water, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, honey, coconut oil, pepper, and watermelon in a blender. Process until a smooth puree develops and serve chilled.
