  • 1 pound very coarsely chopped carrots
  • 1 piece peeled and coarsely chopped fresh ginger
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut water

Method

  • Process ginger, turmeric, carrots, and half cup of coconut water in the blender on high speed to get a completely smooth mixture. Pour the smoothie through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean container or jar.
