The patient suffering from atrial fibrillation feels the difficulty of exercising because the heart might start beating faster. A person who does exercise, having the problem of atrial fibrillation experiences a drop in their blood pressure and even cause them to feel faint. In the patients with atrial fibrillation, the risks are much higher after performing a strenuous exercise as we know that exercising helps live a stronger life. Still, it can be harmful to patients with atrial fibrillation. As the heart muscles are not able to pump blood to the body organs in the resting state and when the person exercises, there is an increase in the delivery of blood which the heart is not able to meet.
