Muscular pain

Muscular pain

Muscle pain and stiffness has been observed in patients with muscular dystrophy. Muscle imbalance can generate spinal pain. Muscle weakness lowers the strength of contralateral muscles, increases the level of bio-mechanic stress, and the weaker the muscles get. The stress increases, and so does the pain. The pain can be felt in hands, ankles, and other muscular areas. With time structural deformities can also occur. The person with MD finds it very difficult to walk and trips frequently. If structural deformities are formed, then the person can lose his ability to walk. Surgery is provided to such patients.
