Coughing

Coughing might produce blood-streaked or bloody sputum which is an indication of blood clots blocking the normal function of pulmonary arteries in lungs. The pain that comes along with coughing is often sharp and the patient can feel it while breathing deeply. The coughing pain is sometimes too intense to stop you from breathing deeply. Blood clots in lungs can also cause coughing while you stoop or bend leading to painful movements.
