Embolectomy
Embolectomy is the emergency treatment procedure for selected cases of pulmonary embolism. A surgeon carefully inserts a flexible and thin tube into a vein of patient’s arm or thigh and continues it towards the lungs and there he will remove the clot surgically or by dissolving it through a medicine.
