Arms and leg raise
Another exercise shown to be efficient for the patients with scoliosis is arms and leg raise.
Lie on the floor with your front on the ground.
Extend the arms over the head while the position of the palm is flat on the ground
Keep the legs straight, now raise one arm off the ground, hold it for a few seconds, and put it down. Now raise the other arm in the air for a few seconds and put it down.
Repeat the process with each arm and each leg.
Do several repetitions.
