Cat-camel is another yoga pose that helps in keeping the spin flexible and pain-free.

The exercise involves making the position of a body in the cat camel pose.

Begin on hands and knees, keeping the back, neck, and head in a comfortable position.

Draw abdominal muscle up and in, breathe deeply and give an arch to the back

Exhale and release the abdominal muscle, and lift the head towards the ceiling.

It reduces the body fat and gives relaxation to the spine,

Repeat the process of exhaling and inhaling, do almost ten sets.
