Bird dog
It is a common yoga exercise also used for patients with scoliosis.
Put your hands and knees on the floor. Begin with the hands-on front side and knees mobbing at the backside.
Place the hand under shoulder and knees under hips, then extend them and again push your hands at under shoulder and knees under thigs and then extend them outward
Extend on the arm straight out and forwards while extending the opposite leg straight back
Repeat this process on both sets of hands and legs
Breathe normal and hold for a few seconds.
Do 10 to 15 repetitions on each side.
