Family history

Most of the scoliosis cases are idiopathic, which means that the cause of this disorder is unknown. So, what can be the cause of scoliosis? The scientists have researched it, and multiple numbers of studies indicate that it can result from a combination of genomic variant groups that reduce the performance of specific genetic combinations responsible for forming proteins, enzymes, and neurotransmitter hormones.  Although more research is required to confirm this cause, if one child has scoliosis, there are chances that other children might also have this disorder, which indicates that family history and genetics can be a cause.
