Strong abdominal muscle helps reduce the pressure off the back muscles, and this posture can help a person increase abdominal muscle strength.

Lie on you back with feet flat on the ground

Bent your knees, keeping back in res position on the ground. Raise the legs off the floor until you reach a 90-degree angle.

Now put hands on the curved knees and put pressure on them, pushing down the knees while putting pressure on knees towards hands simultaneously.

Please do not move the legs and arms; keep them in a static position. Hold for three full breaths and relax.
