Good posture

Good posture

Good posture is required to reduce muscle tension and pain. Sometimes just standing in a static position helps you to feel relaxed. You can realign your body and do this activity several times a day.

To have a good posture, you should;

Drop the shoulder down and back

Unlock the knees slightly

Look straight and slightly tuck the chin, not too upwards, not too down.

Position the ears over the shoulders.

Don’t sit in a curved position to keep the back straight and ears over the shoulder. A good posture plays an important role in maintaining the body; therefore, keep the body’s position natural. Some people tense their shoulders or lean to one side when stressed; therefore, sitting in a natural pose helps relieve the distress.
