Silent Pauses In Breathing

The majority of individuals suffer from obstructive sleep apnea. In it, throat muscle relaxes and obstructs breathing. The soft tissue of the throat block the airway and causes the person to snore loudly. Due to continuous blocking of the airway, the breathing stops and starts. It does not matter which type of sleep apnea it is. The person will face unnoticeable pauses in breath, which continues till he wakes up. These continuous pauses in breathing make sleeping a very uncomfortable experience. A person may often suffer 30 or more breathing collapses per hour.
