Infertility in women
Although the female with cystic fibrosis may have less fertility than other women due to thick cervical mucus that can cause ovarian issues due to poor nutrition but overall, it is possible for the females to conceive and have a successful pregnancy. Still, the pregnancy can worsen the symptoms and make the situation difficult for both mother and the fetus.
