Eliminate smoke

Eliminate smoke

As lungs are highly effected in cystic fibrosis and smoking can make the condition extremely worse; therefore, don’t smoke and don’t allow other people to smoke around you. Smoking itself is dangerous for the lungs, but when a person with disease inhales the smoke, it increases the level of coughing and makes it hard for the patient to breathe. Both smoking and air pollution should be avoided for the protection of the lungs.
