Chest wall oscillation
Chest wall oscillation works similarly to postural drainage but involves a handheld, non- an electrical device that helps to loosen the muscles by vibrating.
There is another high-frequency chest oscillation that involves an inflatable vest that is attached to the air pulse generator. The machine vibrates the chest mechanically at high frequencies to loosen the mucus.
