Weakness and Fatigue
Weakness and fatigue are other common symptoms felt by people, before they are diagnosed with stomach cancer. The food we eat is the source of energy for our body as it helps the body in fighting against cancerous cells and bacteria causing cancer. Weakness is most often caused due to poor appetite, prolonged vomiting and insufficient nutritional supply. Moreover, the tumor consumes a lot of nutrients required for its proper growth. Weakness is also caused because the cancerous cells start destroying the normal cells. Due to the weakness the body becomes lazy and it makes movement difficult. Weakness and fatigue also hinder the cancer treatment, as the health of the patient is an important determiner for the treatment efficacy.
