Tenesmus
Rectal tenesmus is the feeling of having to pass the stool without having stools inside rectum. It has also been reported in patients with colon cancer. Complete medical examination of patient is required to diagnose this condition. Corticosteroids, pain relievers and treatment of underlying cause can also eliminate this symptom.
