Bone pain
Symptoms of metastatic colon cancer may rely on the extent of the tumor. If the colon cancer has spread to the bones, symptoms may include pain, bone fractures, elevated blood calcium levels. Size of the tumor and metastatic extent determine the severity of the symptoms. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are some of the options available if tumor has already metastasized.
