Anger

Consistently battling with anxiety is aimed at controlling the physical symptoms related to it. However, when the circumstances get out of control, the patient may lash out. The emotional burden is relieved via an anger outburst. This form of catharsis presents itself in the form of the constant honking in a traffic, or throwing things due to work stress, or being rude and angry at someone after an argument.

Anger can also be secondarily caused by the cumulative effect of insomnia, lack of leisure in life, and the fight or flight response, as seen in anxiety.
