Both men and women can get HPV related anal cancer. The chances increase with a pre-existing cancer of the genitalia. This cancer is also caused by the high-risk strains of the HPV. Common symptoms of anal cancer are

  • Bleeding per rectal, especially during passage of stools.
  • Painful defecation.
  • Blisters or sores in the region.
  • Itching and irritation.
