Being a woman
In the females, the hormonal changes going on during the menopause and the menstrual cycle might cause insomnia. Interfere with the sleep and the quality of sleep. The pain and the abdominal cramps during the menstrual cycle cause sleepless night, or some women feel unable to stay asleep. During the menopause time, hot flashes and night sweat because of the tremendous hormonal shift disturbs the sleep. Some women also find difficulty in sleeping and often complain about waking up so early during the time of their pregnancy.
