Onset insomnia
In this type of insomnia, a person faces difficulty in trying to sleep at the beginning of bedtime. The person who has sleep-onset insomnia is unable to sleep when he or she is ready for the bedtime to get a peaceful night. The difficulty in sleeping and the continuous adjustments that one makes to fall asleep drenches the person’s happiness.
