Difficulty in falling asleep

The person is suffering from insomnia experiences great difficulty falling asleep at night. There is always a continuous struggle to fall asleep after a long tiring day from work. But the insomnia disorder does not let the person sleep at all, and days go by without having a sound sleep. The body gets tired up after working the whole day, but the mind stays awake, and there is a rush of thoughts that keep you awake. A person tosses himself on the bed all night, just trying to get a peaceful sleep to relax and refresh. The insomnia condition can temporarily happen to those too who stay awake past their sleep time. In temporary insomnia, the mind signals the body to sleep, but we choose not to sleep, so the hormones do not secrete for a while to again indicate the sleeping.
